Left click pings without my control

When I play, every few minutes my left click becomes my finger, I'll click on left click to move around and it pings. I don't think it's because I'm clicking some other button since it starts and then it won't stop even if I'm just clicking the button unless I go into the settings(which doesn't always work). I haven't been able to find any solution to this but I have seen people complain so I would be very happy if someone could please tell me how to fix this.
