I need to figure out how to fix this connection problem.

Just today after I was gone for a week, my game started being slow enough to even that logging in takes 5 minutes after putting in my account info. Other things like going into the collection, store, loot, even sometimes closing the tab takes a long time. Not only that, the two matches I did today were tormenting. The first match being that I was in the loading screen after locking in with everyone, I was loading for so long that I was 8 minutes late, and my fps kept going up and down the whole match, even as low as 2 fps. Luckily my teammates understood the issues I am having and we fortunately won. The second one was the same but the loading was so much longer, that my teammates thought I dc'd and had to remake, all because of this connection. Reminder, this has never happened before I left for a week. Is there a way to fix this?
