Series problem

I don't even know what to say.I got to Gold 2 played a lot to get to the series had some tough games but it was alright. That's a part of the game after all the hard work and everything but you wouldn't believe what happened.I got to the series first game defeat other 2 win and I was like "YEAAA ... alright I got to Gold 1".So at the game menu postgame i waited to see the change to Gold 1 and so i waited and waited watching it keep loading and loading and you know what ... nothing happened [zombie-brand-mindblown] .I was still Gold 2 and i played those games yesterday so i come back today being all like "Nah its a bug I gotta be Gold 1 ...got little bit more to get to Plat" and I am still Gold 2 in series again and I just played one of the games with some real nasty teammates flaming like i don't even know what and refusing to assist their teammates being all angry and wanting a revenge onto their own team for some weird reason. Somebody please explain me this.
