Matchmaking

Hello there. I know this topic has been asked quite often but is there really no way to make matchmaking on low lvl-s enjoyable ? I mean it has been like 30+ times I got an enemy who is gold plat etc. and it makes me hate this game because I don't learn anything we just get stomped and done. Couldn't they make it so that lvl 30's can't party with low lvl players ? They got full runes, masteries and experience. People I talked to said they either play Aram or they don't play it at all because it happens so frequently and I do so myself.
