So let me get this straight. After the changes to Grevious Wounds you made in preseason, you realized that Soraka was really good because her heals were unaffected and then proceeded to nerf her several times. Fair enough. Now this patch, you revert said changes to Grevious Wounds and nerf her AGAIN despite the fact that Grevious Wounds affecting all heals will affect her IMMENSELY. Are you trying to delete Soraka from the game? I see no reason to pick her over any other defensive support like Jaina or Braum. I fully expect her pick rate to plummet this patch.

Fuck Soraka. She've been nerfed 5 times, and indirectly several times.

She is still the most NO RISK HIGH REWARD NO MANA COST piece of shit who takes off 5% of he health and magically heals you for 10%.

Because fuckin logic.

To be fair, the last time I cared to check on Soraka changes they "nerfs" turne dout to be buffs sooo... I'm not too bothered. IF they ever buff her E then I'll care a bit.

Soraka is inherently hard to balance due to the sheer amount of healing she can provide. She bounces between OP and weak on a regular basis.

personally i feel like some of the item changes in the mage update can be considered a buff to raka

Doesn't item 3123 only cost 800 gold? Hell, first back just buy this item as an AD. Its over for that lane. It even gives 15 attack damage, so its not a total downgrade over standard build.
