I think positional ranked is ruining the game experience

"I don't care about my jungle/support/adc/mid/top rank anyways". The season has just started and I am already tired of hearing many variations of this statement. Its worse because the report system doesn't penalize unmotivated players, quite rightfully it shouldn't. The problem really is that this new system gives players an incentive to be unmotivated and that should be fixed.

Have I even mentioned the players that dodge more often nowadays because they don't get the role they want? "Oh well I don't mind losing 3 LP, I dont like support anyways." - brushing it off with a shrug.

I don't know what to expect in the future, I can only foresee this getting worse. It sucks for me because I am a low Gold/high silver player...better yet a "low elo" player....everyone(me included) makes jokes about Elo Hell. But honestly it really does suck down here.... where the most unmotivated players reside.
