AD Kog'Maw Builds?

Has anyone here tested any new builds that don't involve the basic + rush? I've been theory crafting certain sets but currently I've only tested a + rush with fervor of battle, it was decent but i would like to know if anyone has some sets i should try out as a big flaw with the Runnans + IE is that you are even more susceptible to burst without the lifesteal, health and sheen proc.
