Put the LCS overlay for Dragon and Baron respawning / type in the actual game.

They are so helpful for timing purposes. I know that there is a timer but you need to look at the score board or check what Dragon will spawn manually. The overlay is already nice and clear as to what is going on and it is not very intrusive since it fades after a few seconds.
