@Riot, Windspeaker and Selfheal clarification please. (different descriptions)

I noticed there are are different Tooltips on this Ingame and on Mastery Pages.

The mastery page says it boosts selfheal without applying the resist buff. The ingame description says it doesn't interact with selfheal at all, what's teh intention here?

Also, why are there two different ones to begin with? Any decend programmer should know that these need to be drawn from the same souce. If not during runtime, then at least during build.
