I like the preseason changes

There seems to be a lot of people complaining about snowballing so I wanna say this. Riot's intent was for decided games to end quicker but if the game isn't practically decided its easier to comeback by getting some bounties. No one wants to be stuck in a 20 to 5 kill game as the losing team and these changes end the game much quicker. However if the teams are somewhat even its much more up in the air. Sure the health stat bonus is weak but apart from that I like not being locked down to certain runes to get the best stats.
