Why no ranked pantheon?
I have just started playing a few months ago but i am really good with panth but hear he isnt meta for ranked? why is this and can i overcome that?

Imma be straight with you. Any champ can be good in ranked. I went 11-0-something with nunu jungle a few days ago and my whole ranked team was crying in picks that it wasnt meta. Just do what you are comfortable with (within the guide lines of team comp/ who your vs) and you will be just fine. Don't let others tell you what to play.
Play what you are good at and more importantly what's fun for you. Don't worry about metas. Right now key bans are much more important than key picks.
generally speaking, you can make it to challenger maining any champion, so dont let yourself be led astray by other peoples opinions.
tho when it comes to pantheon, im glad to share my over 1000 games-long experience with him. i believe pantheon is currently one of the weakest champions in the game as in that he has absolutely zero advantage over any other champion. he can do many things mediocrely but none of them good while other champions outclass him in everything.
when it comes to laning, his earlygame (lvl 1-5) is not strong enough to work out an advantage by then reliably and since he has no combat ultimate, he loses lane against most strong champions easily.
when it comes to jungling, even tho his early ganks are quite strong, they are not as strong as lee sins, elises or rexais and his clearing speed, sustain and dueling are sub-par.
last but not least, he has basically no scaling at all. he gets outscaled by every single champion in the game not only because of how his kit works but also because of how badly he synergyzes with most items. almost all items have stats on them that he doesnt need but he has to buy them because of lack of options, so with every item he loses effective gold value and potential.
this is why, no matter what you want to do and how you want to play, there is always a better option than pantheon.
regardless of all that, as long as you enjoy playing him, i wish you the best of luck. i also enjoyed playing him for over one thousand games.
