@Riot We aren't asking for damage buffs to the weak champs...

We are asking for damage nerfs to the strong champs, those are two completely different things.

If we wanted to play a high paced battle arena game we would go and play it.

Please nerf the damage from when you pick the secondary tree, give champions that don't fit your mastery system a new keystone, and then look at giving out buffs.
