Massive bug fountain laser bug

The laser normally activates withing about .5s of someone standing near or on the fountain and is supposed to do 1k true damage per second. Currently it just doesn't activate until about 1-2s and does about the damage rate seems to have been made it so the ticks are now less damage but faster making diving the fountain easier. And I have lower ping than I used to (50ms). Didn't start doing this until this patch. Watched a 1.5k hp thresh hook a teammate dive onto the steps and then walk out of the fountain and not die. Riot plz fix your game.
