Cassio is not what she used to be

As a 700k main I have to say she doesn't feel the same way anymore. Her W poison does not stick but is removed as soon as you leave that area. Her old Q and W enabled you to keep spamming your E, this is not always possible anymore. Her AP ratios are bad especially on the E, it used to be made up for it by the passive and the spammability of her E, not anymore.

She still seems like a fun champ but it's not the same.

What I loved about Cassio was the adrenaline rush of playing her, it was do or die, the risk factor of landing your next Q or W. Now there is less risk to her but also less reward, her dps has gone down and she is not that good of a duelist anymore. Those are my impressions at least.
