BOTS BOTS AND MORE BOTS (Plus a little complaining about BE)

Why is it that Riot can't get these bots under control in ARAM and AI? It really shouldn't be that hard after they changed IP to BE in order to leech more money out of the players. And on that note...

I just created a new account to re-do my promos (since that B5 climb as a support main is fucking impossible). I am level 25 and have managed to only unlock like 8 champs. This is fucking ridiculous. I need what, 20 champs?, to play ranked. At this rate I'm going to be level 40+ before I have enough champs to play ranked. This BE is bullshit and is just a money grab to force people to buy RP.
