Are you muting all at the start ? As soon as the spam pings start ? As soon as support starts calling their ADC garbage ?

Curious..

for me its simple, if someone starts raging & blaming after 1-2 deaths they get muted. easy

I /mute all at the beginning of the game. Fullmute if it isn't SR.

Whenever flaming starts I /mute all. It stops me from tilting and people can still ping so it's ideal for ranked

I mute the enemy team at the start of every game, there's absolutely no reason not to because anything they say could tilt me or my team. Then I see how well my teammates communicate with each other. If they're toxic or I feel tempted to type something negative I immediately mute them all or, I mute the individual that's causing such a negative attitude amongst us. I also make it known that I've muted them so they don't waste their game time typing in chat. I find it better this way honestly.

Rarely, if ever.

I only mute if the person(s) start to flame hard and it doesn’t look like it will be fun for me to watch. I usually don’t mute at all because most of the stuff that toxic people say is pretty funny, I’m chuckling at their idiocy and stubbornness to accept whatever happened or to accept advice from me or other people on how they can improve or how we can win the game.

But if it I feel like I will respond in an equally toxic manner which would potentially set myself up to get banned, then I mute the flamer.

Once every 6 games generally when they are already flaming pre game.

whenever people spam ping, talk too much, or just flaming in general.

I don't mute. I live off salt, be it enemies or allies.

at the beginning of the game. In low elo there is nothing useful people can say to you, I don't see why I should keep everyone unmuted

Have never muted someone before. Don't need to to ignore someone, personally.

There are times when I've been able to turn someone's tilt around by just talking to them.

I also kind of enjoy watching people wig out and devolve into raging kids at one another, or even at me. Don't know why the. Helps me focus.
