Normal Draft is terrible for high rated players, please fix it

Auto-fill is on 80% of the time on weekends and it keeps trying to give us short queue times that result in terrible games. I'd rather sit in queue for 15-20 minutes and get a potentially good game, rather than sit in queue for 3 minutes and get a game full of Gold players.

At the very least, give us an option to prefer good games over shorter queue times.
