Ping Mute Is great in Theory

In theory? GREAT! That guy who spams ? on you every time you die can be blocked, but think of the implications. You have muted him AND ping blocked him.

Now he wants to do baron. You 2 could definately do it, but because you ping blocked him you dont see his ping and he tries telling you in chat but you muted him. Now your team doesnt get Baron simply because you ping blocked him. Now in High Elo people actually look at their minimap but in gold and below most people have the map awareness of an autistic 3 year old. (Im guilty of this too).

Now sometimes it can be justified but i cant tell you the amount of people that if you do 1 ping they dont like or say 1 thing they dont like. (Like if you give them helpful criticism like "Hey man They are pretty tanky you should get a Pen Item instead of Essence Reaver") They just instantly ping and normal mute you and tell you to stfu. This is can actually lose you games because they just arent on the same page.

TLDR: There are positives, but i honestly think the Negatives out weigh the positives.
