Should Riot implement an Honor Progress Bar?
Or any sort of indicator so we have some clarity as to how close we are to leveling up, or leveling down.

You don't level down unless you get punished.
For Leveling up though, they will be adding in some other changes that will be checkpoints for how far you are along.
