How to fix the Snowball Problem
I learned how by watching the guy's Youtube videos in "The Climb: How to get fed in Lane". It is the wards, buffing wards by making them have a shorter cooldown would provide a means of stopping the "auto-snowball" effect currently plaguing games. It doesn't stop snowballing from happening per say, but it provides counterplay if an enemy champion does score frags. The loss of the stealth Wards in the shop is what triggered this ahem... SNOWBALL EFFECT (god, the puns!). our totem wards need a buff to limit carry potential just enough, so that the the fed player has to deward, else they're just a useless waste of space.
Another thought would be to buff towers in a indirect fashion with say, a new summoner spell. The summoner would be called** Focus Fire** and would mark an enemy target, reducing their damage dealt by 20% for 3 seconds after taking tower damage. Also, this mark will cause the tower in question to prioritize the marked target over all others, and it would last something like 10 seconds on a 2 minute cooldown. This would allow pushed players to halt a tower push or counterplay a tower dive and could act as a lesser version of exhaust with the 20% damage reduction.
