Why is almost every single game this season a onesided landslide stomp?

Seems now like every game on team will just completely stomp, either by having way better players, snowballing way to fast, or both. The other team will have the misfortune of not being able to take a single turret even to half health and be useless unable to do anything all game.

Matchmaking is bad. It seems to match people not randomly but with an algorithm to give one team advantage. Too many times there are people fresh on win streaks all on the same side vs people on loss streaks on the enemy team. Often there will be 3+ honor level medals on the enemy team during loading and none on the other. Some say that's irrelevant but it is showing that all 3 of those people just came from winning games in which they were most honored on the team and your team has no one like that. Then they usually proceed to stomp your team hard. Meaningless....

The second part of the problem is how snowbally Riot has made Season 8. Damage and tanks get out of control way too fast and can turn a single kill into an unstoppable rampage in 5 minutes. Turrets are the weakest they have ever been being able to be taken in a single recall or mistake death and they do almost nothing to protect against dives as their dmg can be ignored by anyone tankier than a sona. Mountain Drakes and especially the rift herald make this even worse as the out of control snowball team gets them every time snowballing even crazier. This seams to be do to Riot's attempts to make the game faster and more "exciting" for LCS viewers while indirectly making lower elo play a onesided stompfest.

Gone are the days of tense chess like matches where the teams are matched 50/50 and every team fight matters. Now the game has devolved into win by champ select or onesided matchmaking system completely outclassing one team.
