Rito what is up with all the lopsided dynamic matches??

Seriously whos butt needs kissed for me to get decent players on my team aswell. The enemies always have a majority of decent players and i seem to get the loss streak players...... Dynimic is either really really lopsided matchmaking or very rigged.
