Jarvan IV mini rework

Hello Rioters, I would like to ask a question that in my opinion is in great significance for Jarvan IV mains/players. Many new champions are coming out that have unique and fun gap closers to utilise in counterplay ways. However, it had become an annoyance to me as a Jarvan IV main to have EVERY SINGLE gap closer counter Jarvan's NOT only Cataclysm's imprisonment but also neglect its ENTIRE damage just by using ONE single gap closer. Earlier this day I found out that even a Jax can Q out of my ult's imprisonment AND its damage upon cast. I find this really frustrating to me because I can't make any more plays when my LOCKED on target ability deals 0 damage after people use ANY gap closer. Even flash makes my ult deal 0 damage lol. So please all I want is just a simple change let the damage of Jarvan's ult go off after gap closer. To make it MORE balanced let Flash be an exception. Please riot just do me this one favour, it does not make Jarvan broken it just makes him USEFUL and therefore more played. Please take it into consideration. Thank you.
