Mid-season: "The ADC meta is the only meta that works for LCS, so we can't quite change things yet." End-season: "The new pre-season is coming, so there's no need to like actually do anything yet." Now: "It's pre-season, things are going to be broken. We can't change anything yet - it's going to be broken."

So how many years does it take to make it so that ADC's aren't burst, sustain tank assassins of ultra mega-death doombots 69-69 that are not only hyper mobile but can play every role including the support role? You know, just asking. Because you know. Just wondering.
