[Champion Rework] DR. Mundo Rework Idea
I think that 
needs a rework. His kit is so basic so they might spice it up a bit.
Abilities:
Passive: Madman Relocate: After standing still for a couple of seconds outiside of combat Mundo will take his time to relocate his shoulder this costs 5-10% of his current health after the relocation Mundo regenerates the same amount ofhealth lost plus 5%. Can't be used more than once every minute.
Augmented Beyond Life: Whenever Mundo drops below 10% HP his augmentations kick in;
- Slowing his move speed
- Gain increased move speed torwards enemy champions
- Attack speed boost
- Basic attacks deal 10% true damage
- His next ability doesn't cost health and instead grants health equal to the cost (excluding W) When the effect ends Mundo becomes weaker for a few seconds and regenerates HP at a slower rate.
Q Infected Clever [Costs a % of Mundos max HP] Mundo hurls is clever towards the cursor. The farther the clever flies the less damage it deals. If it hits a unit Mundo refuns 50% if the cost, and if it kills a unit he refunds the cost completely. The Clever deals max HP magic damage. Mundo can stack up to 2. Can throw the next clever right after the other one.
W Burning Agony [Costs a % of Mundos max HP] Toggle: Mundo Ignites hos body and clever dealing magic damage around mundo and reducing the effects of crows control on Mundo. Mundos first basic attack or clever after activating Burning Agony Aplies a debuff on the first enemy champion causing them to take true damage from Mundos basic attacks and abilities for a few seconds.
E MUNDO SMASH! [Costs a % of Mundos max HP] Mundos next basic attack or clever will stun his enemy and till a bit of true damage equal to the targets missing HP.
R Sadism [Costs 20% of Mundos current HP] Mundo regenerates 50% of Munos max HP over 20 seconds and activating his passive Augmented Beyond Life for the duration of Sadism and increases the buffs of his passive. During Sadism if Mundo hits his Q on an enemy champion his next Q will have a lower cooldown.
Lore: As a child Mundo was taken from his home and thrown into a labbratory of a mad scientist and augmented. The scientist laid eyes upon Mundos resistence to pain and after a couple of augmentsations he started to enjoy it. Everyday the child wanted to see his parent but he couldn't. One they he had enough he broke lose and butchered the scientist with a clever. He went up to a table where all the papers and writing of him was.
Projects parents (Munel and Doranda) were devistated and refused to give him over, but a bet is a bet, and I couldn't let them get in the way of my experiment they had to go.
