FPS Drops PLZ Help <3

Hey all! I am hoping you all can help me where no one else could. I am having some serious issues with frequent and drastic FPS drops while playing. So I will just give the whole scoop.

I have been playing league for over a year on my PC desktop that I built myself. Its an AMD Ryzen 5 2600X, 32GB DDR4 RAM, and a 6GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1060 Founders edition. In my mind, this is more than enough to run League of Legends and has been for the entire time I have been running it. Keeping in mind I usually play with all visual settings maxed out.

So, here's the fun part, I recently moved back in August and my new living arrangement does not have a place for me to use Ethernet from so I have been using wifi. The wifi as it stands is sloppy at best and I am seeing numbers between 7mbps and 15 mbps. However, when I play League, at seemingly random times the game just absolutely drops all FPS down to between 0 and 3 for 2-4 seconds. This happens in normal lobbies, in TFT, and in customs.

For fixes, I feel like I have tried everything. I have initiated full repair, I have uninstalled LOL and reinstalled, I have restarted, I have uninstalled my NVIDIA programs and drivers and reinstalled, I have reseated my graphics card, I have set all my NVIDIA controls to prioritize quality over performance, I contacted NVIDIA and had them run diagnostics on my card, I ran diagnostics on my CPU, still, nothing.

If anyone thinks there is something I am missing please let me know and I would love to try it because this has been a very frustrating plague for the past 2 or so weeks. Thank you all!!!
