DFT Evelynn/Teemo 7.4

Since precision is getting nerfed pretty hard, I wonder if this could be a better choice next patch to get the +7% magic pen on ferocity tree and just build some penetration in your build to make it worthwhile. Definitely it makes sense on teemo this patch cuz his shrooms arent going to be so easily negated by a pink ward in a team fight or someone popping oracle and runnning u down with ghost to tear your nut sack off.

I wonder on Evelynn tho if it would make sense? Like say you hit an ult on 3 or 4 enemy team members late game, they all get hurt by your dft right? So they take like 25% of their health and then like 130 from dft if you have around 450 ap. So pretty much it would hurt like fuck late game but i think it would be tougher to dominate the lane phase without tl. One shot potential on assassinations little weaker as well. Hmmm maybe not so great for eve...

Definitely DFT or fervor are both nice masteries for teemo this patch, since dft will come in handy more often with the shrooms no longer disabled and the fervor being buffed for stronger extended trades. Like for sure as teemo you can manage to get an auto off on your lane opponent every 8 seconds especially if they're a melee trying to farm so you can keep the stacks up easy with him.
