Does anyone ever build guinsoos?
Its trash right now, Give it more attack speed and on hit damage or reduce the cost

Maybe it's just balenced
Half the games I've played since the patch have had a Vayne with guinsoos in it. And she doesn't have any good ap scaling to my knowledge
Riot said they will be addressing it's trashness after the nerf soon
