What is Galios purpose in a team with a 45% winrate as a simple to learn champion? instead of inting

his winrate never moved since the release of the (nerfs) and the hotfix did nothing because his E does half damage to minion.

Galio is very gold and items dependant to do his job properly meanwhile he now has the least earned gold the least minion killed least kills least damage while having to build insane ammount of Ability power to fonction since u gutted his base damage and damage reduction cuz tank galio was toxic...

Ok sooo what are we suposed to do with a useless champion?

It took u 1 patch to put these galio nerfs which is good cuz he was perma banned but now hes not even playable...

even in his 9.1 prime his winrate with any other keystone than aftershock was under 46%... now his winrate with aftershock is 45% and any other keystone 40-39%.....
