I'm Scared That The Changes To Raptors Might Encourage Midlaners Even More To Steal Them

I already hate that as a jungler I always have to give up small Raptors because the enemy midlaner takes them, or my own midlaner to prevent the enemy from doing so. There's not a lot I can do against that either if I want to have efficient clear paths.

Now that the camp will have even more small Raptors it will be even more of a must-take for midlaners and even more of a cut in EXP for Junglers.

I thought of ways to prevent this suff from happening in the first place and I think just making the camp consist of less raptors wouldn't be the best idea because it would be a hard hit for AOE clearing junglers that they really don't deserve.

The best idea that I came up with is that you only get the EXP of a camp if you finish it completely, small monsters aswell as the big main monster. Since Blue and Red don't have small Monsters anymore this would also not unnecessarily hurt counterjunglers, since if they smite steal it they will still get the full EXP. This way everyone is happy, except for maybe those cheesing midlaners.
