Bugged AI in bot games.

Has anyone else noticed the broken bot behavior in Bot games? I have noticed spammed summoner spells where they use flash or exhaust several times within the span of a few seconds. I had a bot flash 4 times to get away from me and my team. I was also hit with exhaust a few times by another bot when I started to chase it down when it was nearly dead. I have been ulted by the same bot 3 times within 5 seconds as well. This behavior has been persistent since the end of Teemoing Doom Bots. Is this currently a bug going on or is it deliberate? I am getting frustrated cause bots are breaking normal game logic with their spam. I also see them spam regular skills/spells all at once and at an alarming rate (such as all 3-4 skills in 1 second etc. example, Lux throws her Q, W, and E as well as her R/ult in the span of 1 second), as if they had a 70-90% cooldown rate. I have seen other people complain about it ingame. So I know I am not the only one getting annoyed by this, and at least has noticed it.
