Rito change this matchmaking system...

Hey, I am just low elo player. My role is adc and I realy don't know how this matchmaking system work. I am silver player and I usualy play better than my opponents, ya maybe I can't play very good, but I face opponents who play on smurf accounts (they have diamond or plat rank on main acc). It's not too cool but when you have support who never played ranked games before and go anivia support for no reason. It's mean I have no support but it's not big problem, because I can play safe by freezing the lane but he trying to csing and use abilities for wave clear so I had a bit more than half of my farm. If I playing duo with my friend we win our lane most of the time. We lose only when enemies gank bot alot like 4-5 ppl dove me 50% of games... When I far ahead i should make plays against feed midlaners and toplaners it's almost impossible 80% of times... I feel like adc is weakest solo queue role, because no matter how u fed u still squishy so mid laners/top laners can ez one shot you. You can say: "you just low elo player thats why u suck", but i know about pathing, vision, power spikes, lane control and etc. I am not typical low elo player who don't want to learn more about game and making random things. I am watching guides, lcs, lck and streams on twitch. I am sorry about my potato english, it's not my favorite language.
