Ranked Lobby Confirmed Intentional Feeders based on Picks/Bans

While playing ranked today I had two players say that they were going to intentionally feed because of picks/bans. I dodged both of those games so my fellow teammates didn't have to lose LP. Unfortunately, there is no way to punish these people who are going to intentionally ruin games for other people and keep LP. So you are faced with a choice, let feeders ruin games and report him after while you and 3 other people lose 20+ LP. Or dodge and let the toxic person and your 3 other teammates keep LP and let him go unpunished. I know I'm only Platinum 3 but I still find it hard to let these types of players keep playing and ruining other people's games in the future. I suggest that there is some sort of remake/return of LP for people who get teammates like those. At least there should be a way to report them even if you do dodge to keep your fellow teammates from wasting time and LP.
