Aram need some fixes

Hi, i'm not an esports master, nor a very good player, not gonna lie, but I lay mostly Arams. I think Cc in aram is very absurd, a 2 second CC linked to another 2 sec cc is honestly too much. I was wondering if CC on champion could be reduced in time they cc or not in this game mode specifically. or manage a balance team overall. I mean I may be the only one to be annoyed by this but, a 2 tank full cc team almost always win in aram, unless they hyper throw it. And one more thing, could the snowball cooldown go up ? I mean its such on a low cooldown and so damn strong, a kennen snowball ult means your team is dead basically.
