Umm excuse me... why does tahm kench top still exist?

League has variety. I get that. Having different kind of champions playing different lanes is fine and all, but how is it fun to play against champs with the sole reason to exist is to tilt? Tahm wins against almost all top lane match up 1v1. It is as fun as going into vayne top to be poked down, but at least she is squishy enough to be killable. I don't like playing the game because of champs that can be abused like this, and frankly it does not worth the effort of playing on the back foot near the tower until late game.

Because thats his role now.

He cant do anything else. W was gutted so that he cant use his utility for support. he cant eat buffs so he cant jung at all. He has no range aside from Q making his adc role non existent.

And mid is where range unsafe glass cannons go where the lane distance is shorter making his q spam not very good in lane, since they'll be under turret even if he lands one.

So, all is left it to buff him to top lane. and Buff they did. since they removed all the "utility powerbudget" to his power in almost every source.

Fiora DrMundo Illaoi Kayle (if you're passive) Kennen Malphite Tryndamere Yorick Mordekaiser Are all good champs to play against Kench so it's not like you don't have any options. And if you had to pick first an early QSS doesn't hurt if he's really hurting ya with the slow and swallow.
