S rank is hard to get

As a Support main It's really hard to obtain an S even when you rekt a lane. Will there be any grade balancing for specific roles? I'm trying to hit rank 7 on all supports but the closest rank I've gotten is always S- even when I do great. I got an A- my parents do not allow such ranking.

you have to do a lot more than rek lane

also you were a third of your team's deaths

Isn't the point of S rank that it's difficult to get?

edit: I'm not really sure why that was only an A- though, being riot did supposedly balance support grading to count assists equal to kills, and you did place a decent amount of wards for an 18 minute game.

The only person in this game to get an S was Riven...I mean really me and Cait carried that damn game on our shoulders but Riven got an S simply because she last hit more turrets...honestly Rito fix your crap.

Try going 6/0/24 as Karma and only getting S for your efforts....... -_- Getting S/S+ as support is incredibly hard really :/ People who never play support don't seem to understand how hard it is. Rito said they made it easier for supps to get S-ranking but honestly I do not see the difference at all. I got my Nami to mastery 7 BEFORE they nerfed supp-rankings, but I do not get S-ranks any easier after that either. And honestly.. If your team is doing too well, and you are all like "YAY! Finally I get S!", then naturally enemy team forfeits as soon as the timer hits to 20 mins :/

Yeah, supp ranking are a whole nother beast altogether. I have even seen/heard high elo/pro supports complain about it as well. It's a thing, for sure.

Supposedly, they made it easier a couple patches ago but, honestly, I haven't noticed much of a difference. I also was playing in a league and grinding ranked at the beginning of the season which I gave up on due to DQ, so that could just be me getting rusty compared to early season. It does seem like a thing though.

Oh, and I think being compared to other players of that same champ is just plain unfair! I mean seriously! Why am I (a casual player) being compared to people who do nothing BUT play with that certain champion all the time? It is not fair at all. There should be some general guidelines to get S-ranking on this-and-this champion. For example Sona. She is easy enough. So the general guidelines should say something like "0/2/30 will get you S-ranking as Sona". You know. Instead of comparing players to each other, Rito should say that a good S-rank Sona should get this muck assists and die only this many times...
