AP Support Itemization Option
Hey, so remember how we just kind of gutted all of the bases on supports back in Season 3 and never did anything about it? Supports got better AP ratios on their utility to "give them a late-game fantasy" and then all of their support items were terrible mid game trash with barely any AP?
I think I've got it. A way to actually give supports a late game item without it being abused by mages. In honor of Locket finally losing its MR aura (RIP my friend, you served us well) I present to you: our new AP support overlords!

200 AP 100% mana regeneration 10% CDR Unique Passive: +15 Shield and Heal Power
Unique Passive - Strictly Worse Deathcap: The combine cost of this item is reduced by 75 gp for each Vision Ward you've placed this game. Unique Passive - Still Not Better than Deathcap: The combine cost of this item is reduced by 75 gp for each enemy ward you've destroyed or assisted in destroying this game.
Unique Passive - With Your Power Level, I Suggest You Alt+F4 Instead: Non-Displacement Crowd Control effects you inflict on enemy champions via your abilities or items have their duration increased by 20%. If you inflict a crowd control effect that decays over its duration, it decays 20% slower (Does not apply to Bard's Tempered Fate).
Unique Passive - It's Like Deathcap but for Utility: The AP ratios of your effects that heal, shield, or increase movement speed increase by 20% (So a 70% AP ratio would become a 90% AP ratio)
