Itemization barely offers tenacity while crowd control continues to sink its fangs

Every single new champion now and days has too much CC and its honestly over stacking way too much for example in a recent lost match i was against Malphite Lux Vayne ZacMorgana

yes your thinking yeah your team comp could have picked their champions in a responsive fashion or perhaps me or i made simply too many mistakes to begin with.

In this situation there was no way to NOT make a mistake if there comp was in our side sieging or in our jungle warded or not we never had a response to begin with. This is due to lack of tenacity options in itemization. I had even bought item 3140 on Evelynn which i never buy on her cause its stupid but did i even have a choice? get fucked? or get fucked harder? those were my options here..

Tenacity needs its own line of items i am not suggesting to add tenacity to existing items but to add brand new items with it instead. Because right now **crowd control ** is basically another stat like AD , AP that players must deal with. How so? chained CC which is brainless and does not demonstrate skill either if im shooting a magic moving apple with an arrow why of course im going to hit it with the guy in front of me holding it and preventing it from moving now wheres the counter play for that apple? how does apple ever move?

item 3157 ??? who even builds this item anymore all it does is cause a delay before you get raped notice how the item was useful like 2 seasons ago and is useless now players have no access to really counter play stacking CC thru itemization.

item 3111 is fine as it is i wouldn't recommend buffing this item either but this item should be an item you pair with another item to have additional tenacity.

The items themselves shouldn't offer much base stats especially MR, ARMOR, or HP as in theory this would make assassins more meta than intended. Like the new item 3026 is nice but when on CD especially late game you basically have like half an whole item stat wise. This is how tenacity options should be implemented.
