Tether spells buff
Can we get a buff to spells that tether so that they arent instantly broken by someone leaving range? What I mean by this is, the effect (damage or slow) is paused and the caster can still try to get the target back in range before the spell ends, at which point it resumes whatever would be left. Like, you tether someone with Karma, and they flash after 1 second, if you can get them back into range within the remaining one second, you lost some damage but the root still procs.
This could be graphically illustrated by having the tether not disappear when leaving range, but instead having it color shift to really faint so there isn't any confusion.
This would really help out tether reliant champions in this game that has a million dashes.
