Slight Bard Caretaker's Shrine Change
Hello! Right now I believe Bard is a strong champion with lots of potential, but I fear he has way too much counterplay. All his skils require either a wall or another unit to stun the enemy (Q) or can be destroyed/used by enemies (heal W and portal E). His ult is balanced, but requires strategy to be landed correctly, which is nice.
**My suggestion is to make Bard's heals a little bit harder to destroy. **I suppose he is modeled after Zyra's unbloomed plants, which can be destroyed instantly by stepping on them, but her seeds are supposed to be placed right before using a skill, while Bard's Shrines are meant to be emergency heals that take some time to reach its healing potential. Also, it costs 100/105/110/115/120 mana, a little heartbreaking to see it being stepped on and destroyed (almost) instantly.
Instead of being shaped after
Zyra's seeds, the Shrines could be more like
Rek'Sai's tunnels, taking the enemy ~2 seconds to destroy. That way, an ally can try surpassing the enemy and stepping on it before it's gone, or just poke them when they try to destroy it.
If necessary, another counterplay could be added to the shrine to make up for that change, maybe giving it a 5-10 minutes life-span like Teemo's mushrooms and Rek'Sai's tunnel itself. Or something else?
That's just an idea I'd like to share with other players and Riot, feel free to add your own ideas and opinions! 
TL;DR: Make enemies take ~2 seconds to destroy Bard's Shrine when stepping on it
