Why would you nerf runic echoes instead of buffing cinderhulk

Cmon do some real research before you just switch around things the reason tnaks buy runic echos is because cinderhulk is underwhelming if you want to force people into meta builds nerfing echoes was not the solution ap tanks have poor ap ratios all you're doing is harming actual ap junglers like fiddle 80 AP was tbh not even that high and now 60 ap on it means ull probably die if you gank instead of dropping enough burst. Revert the nerf and buff cinderhulk instead or rework it to make it optimal on tank junglers. Seriously my 12 year old cousin could've figured it out but you don't and never listen to your community first signs of a gaming company in decline.
