Remake Opinions

What are your opinions on League's new /Remake update?

I understand where they want to go with by avoiding getting stuck into a game with a dc'd player but I for one hate this update. I find it far too quick to end a game in just 3 minutes, where most people, at times, usually dc on the load-up part. Also what is the point of having a /Remake vote if it just kicks you out eventhough it's not a majority vote?
