My thoughts on Turrets and tower diving

I am actually really happy about the death timer update that league just put in, and I thought I would say my belief on turrets. A-lot of people are calling for an update for after a team fight and then rush mid make is so you can't end as fast by saying if you don't have all turrets of that tier down the next tier turrets are stronger then they would be. I am not a fan because even with all the new siege buffs in season 6, that would stall out the game unnecessarily long, my personal thoughts are that we are seeing way to much early tower diving, and not just from tanks, or very high mobility burst champions like kha'zix .but things like nidalee walking in killing someone and then jumping out. my idea would be almost to take one out of dota's book ( I play a little bit not a-lot). Make it so that turrets can have increased range and firing speed if you the champion start taking aggro. Maybe make it so that if an ally dies in turret range to an enemy also in turret range then (you can tweak the numbers) but the turret gets 15% bonus range and attack speed and follows the champion who killed you until they are out of its range and keep that passive for 1 minute ( only against champions if they go back into range and trigger the turrets agro again, and can be reset by getting a second kill in that time) you could remove this passive at the 20 minute mark when baron spawns to increase siege-alility (is that how you spell it?) again .

Just my personal thoughs would love to hear you'res or RIOT'S
