30-60 seconds pause if one player gets disconected

I agree there should be penalties for people that disconnect from the game, but it would be much better to give 60 sec per game pause when something really happens to a player, disconnected, short circuit and he needs to restart the game, it would not give such an advantage to the other team if the disconnection was done by a higher force....
