How to deal with vayne as a tank in top
Just had a game with a vayne top as yorick. I went 0-9-5. My jungler never ganked. Anyway, against vayne do I rush randulins or warming’s? Or just go with triforce?

You need to get a foothold, which is a struggle since Vayne can zone you.
Play passive level 1. Let the wave shove into you.
Get your graves when the wave is near your tower. Summon ghouls, land E. Those little shits do a lot of damage.
Put a second point in your cage at level 5 so she can't escape with auto-q.
Post-6, Yorick is one of few tanks who can kite people and still be a major threat. If you can't fight them outright, use W/E to keep them off you while your ghouls and maiden do the bulk of the damage.
Wait for her to use Q then E W Anand run at her. Her E has a long cooldown and she can't spam Q E without going OOM very quickly
Actually rushing bramble vest and then ninja tabis might help, this would cause her to constantly get hurt any time she basic attacks you.
Commit seppuku because you can't do shit to her.
Someone like Garen has the tools to take on Vayne but Yorick idk, in order to force her E you'd have to land the trap but she has her Q for easier dodges and I feel like your wall CD is a bit too high and you have to land it 2 times in a row on top of that, I mean yeah, if you can do that then you get to unload your dmg on her but I don't like the match up really. So to answer your question, if you're good enough to trap her and gangbang her with your ghouls go triforce otherwise build tanky I guess and try your best to survive.
Unless you have a gapcloser and damage your out of luck

you don't and you shouldn't. She counters you. Suck a fat cock dirty yorick player. Should've played an assassin but I guess that might require you to play with the monitor turned on.
ADCs are garbage early, adc top requires almost exclusively on being mechanically better than your opponent, and not dying when they are weak. As long as you can get your jungler to come the vayne will just get rolled over
just farm--in a 1v1 situation there's very little you can do.
the silver lining is that vayne is very prone to the CC that a lot of tanks are packing, so make a coordinated effort with your jungler to knock her out of lane when they get the chance.
You're better off letting her push the wave to your turret & just farm from there. Always try to land your E on her to let the ghouls do the poking job, whilst giving you some freedom to farm in peace.
Let's get this straight, Yorick is not a tank.
now that ,THAT'S out of the way. Here's how to not be bad against a Vayne top as Yorick.
Step1: Doran's shield. Buy it.
Step 2: Ninja Tabi's. buy it.
Step 3: stop going out of your tower. I can almost guarantee the only reason you went 0/9/5 was because you kept using Q and pushing improperly as Yorick.
Step4: You are stalling for your level 6 and Sheen, the second you get those two items is the second you can begin to fight vayne.
Step5: Only fight Vayne when you have hit her with your E and you have your ultimate up because the Vayne will either:
A. leave the lane until tower takes maiden(if she's farther away)
B.Flash to get out of your W(You should be spacing it well)
C. stay and kill maiden(if she does this it's free kill)
Once you've gotten in either A, B, or C you are able to damage Vayne's tower with ease. If you haven't been taking the Demolish rune, do it. Now!!!
After you've done all this,finish 
build
and 
so you can Kill vayne with 3 minions, E, and Q.
If you don't follow these tips you ARE going to get your face smashed into the ground by a Vayne with rocket, heat-seeking, butt-stabbing, soul-draining, and exploding arrows until you die.
