pulsfire ezreal in hextech crafting

So in the past day I bought like 3.8k worth of project boxes and in one of them I got pulsefire ezreal. After getting rid of some skins I dont like it turns out I have enough to get pulsfire ez. Yet, it says on the page you get icons and banners and stuff and I was wondering if the same principal applies when getting it from hextech chests?

the icons and banners and stuff are in the three colored boxes with Ekko's being green, Kat's being red, and Ashe's being blue, that is how you get the banners and icons

Yes. I also got that from hex craft and you get the icon, banner and skin.
