Can the default rune page choice stop changing for each champion?

When ever I pick a champion that I haven't played the previous game it will change the selected rune page to the recommended choice and this happens for each champion that I play.

I was picking in this case and the rune page that was selected defaultly to Arcane Comet and I didn't see that.

.

I wish that it would say set to the one you had previously, getting seriously irritating now.
