Buffing Lucian Ult ?

The Culling (R) Buffed Lucian moves freely while firing rapidly in a single direction for 3 seconds. His shots collide with the first enemy they hit and each do 20/35/50 (+10% Ability Power) (+20% Attack Damage) (Increased by Critical Strike Chance) physical damage. The Culling does 400% damage to minions.Lucian may use Relentless Pursuit during The Culling.Reactivate The Culling to cancel early. Damage Increases by 40% at 100% Critical Strike Chance(4% for each 10% critical chance) I think that Lucian ult is one of the weakest Ults of all the marksmen.Its easy to be dodged and even sometimes basic attacks deals more damage. Its just a suggestion after all.
