whats the logic of balancing ARURF

think about that, they switch URF with ARURF and people are mad that they get something like Draven when the enemy gets Zed or Wukong, and the game is not fun at all for Draven. So riot balance specific champs in ARURF, reducing stats only in the ARURF mode. if u think about that its like creating something not balanced on porpuse and then balancing it. although with nerfs and buffs its still not even close to be balanced, because urf should not be a balanced mode!, you just cant balance it, the whole idea of 80% cdr and no mana cost is not possible to balance, thats why its capped at 45% in the normal game and there is mana ofc. then why not just put normal URF, where you choose your champion and then you cant complain about the champs the enemy has because u can also take whatever OP champ u want... So the only reason for ARURF is money probably, because there is no way they waste time and money on balancing champions only on urf if it doesnt make money, probably this process makes more money than just bringing normal urf at the same frequency. they say urf makes people only play urf and then retire from league, then how ARURF makes them play ARURF and not retire from league? that sounds kinda stupid.

Because a mode where people pick the same pool of 15 champions and if you pick outside of that pool you're actually trolling loses its appeal very quickly.

Yeah, you can autolose in select. But now you actually have a chance of winning with a champion that isn't S++ tier.
