Suggested Champion Buffs/Nerfs and Gameplay Improvements

Hello there summoners of all kinds! I am Tyberius11, a player of all trades, though I prefer Tanky Support or Mage Junglers. I come to you today with some champion buffs and nerds that could be seen as improvements in some eyes while others not. To quote the late Heath Ledger, "And here...we...go!"

Starting with Darius. While he may be seen as "just right", I personally think he is a bit stronger than most champions and a little, if you will, broken. His swing is a nice, damaging champions and minions alike around him. Though is that heal when he hits champions necessary? I wouldn't think so. In addition, his bleed and Noxian Might bonus damage effect is highly annoying to all opposing champions and gives him an almost-guaranteed kill. I suggest to you Riot, that that should be reworked.

Next up we have Teemo. The lovable devil whom most people thinks his poison is overpowered. I'd agree with them. Especially with attack speed items he becomes nearly unstoppable, thus making the enemy team annoyed. His poison still does pretty much the same amount of damage despite how much Magic Resist you have.

Next, Lissandra. Her abilities are very cool and versatile, though there is one thing that would make her worth the 6300 IP. And that is her ultimate. Sure it's great to use on enemies but on self-cast it barely heals her at all. She really needs significantly more heal when self-casting her ult. Similar to Dr. Mundo, but more.

Finally I bring to you suggestions about Soraka. Speaks is the least chosen of supports in my recent playing and I'm sure that's for a few reasons. She's a good concept though to make her heal on allies more unique she should be able to overheal the allies healed, to make her heal more unique and practical.

And now I bring to you suggestions on game improvements in general. While League of Legends is a great game despite the salt and toxicity of players, there are a few things I recommend for better gameplay.

First thing I have to say is that I believe all champions should be free. I know it sounds weird at first because that is where a lot of your income comes from but bear with me when I say this; Almost all MOBAs have all champions free to play and have other ways to make players give money to the respective game company, such as champion skins, taunts, etc. If you could make all champions free, then I'm sure champion diversity would be more profound. ALTERNATIVELY, if all champions being free sounds a bit much, consider having the option for a summoner to choose which champion of the free champions of the week they enjoyed and they can keep that champion permanently.

And finally, I'd like to talk skins. every summoner knows the feeling when they open a hextech chest and they get a skin for a champion they don't like, they let out a long sigh. I'd recommend adding a way to make it so you could choose a few champions that you'd want a skin for and it gives it to you OR it gives you a skin based on the champions you own. (Key fragments are also hard to come by and summoner icons shouldn't be in hextech chests, let's be real here)
